Real Estate Ads Rules for the LPA website
Instructions for placing the ads follows the rules listing.
Members may advertise real estate within the Lake Panorama development that they own and have for sale for no advertising fee on this website. By placing an ad on the website, the member agrees to the following regulations:
1. If the property is listed with a licensed realtor, the listing firm and contact number must be included in the ad.
2. Two pictures are allowed to be added. Pictures shall not exceed an image size exceeding 500 Kilobytes total.
3. All portions of the ad form must be filled out. If something is not applicable to your listing, enter “NA” in the field.
4. Hot Links to other content or sites are not presently supported by our software, nor allowed. Web addresses to direct the user to additional information on the sale property are allowed on the site.
5. Complete all information completely and accurately.
6. Descriptions of the property shall have a 150 word limit.
7. Ads automatically expire after one year. Please remove ads when property is sold.
8. Ads placed for any of the real estate categories must be under the ownership of
the Member placing the ad.
9. Only LPA members with approved login names and passwords may place ads.
Failure to follow the terms of the above regulations will result in the removal of the ad. The ad poster will be notified by email of any such action.
The Lake Panorama Association does not warrant the accuracy of user submitted information, nor does it guarantee the availability of said information on the website. All advertising and contact information placed on this advertisements by LPA members is available to anyone visiting the website.
Instructions for completion of real estate ads
Start by clicking "add listing."
Ignore the “choose property” drop-down menu.
Enter the proper street address. If you don’t know the assigned 911 address for your lot is, please call or email the LPA offices. The street address is needed for mapping feature to work.
Fill in the description area with up to 150 words describing your lots.
Enter asking price or rental rate in the appropriate box.
Showing instructions: Be sure to give complete contact information of listing realtors or if self-listed, be sure to give enough information for the prospective buyer to contact you easily.
Preview pics----You may upload two images not to exceed 500 Kilobytes of size.Yes, larger images are clearer. However, the LPA is offering this space without cost to LPA members and large file sizes increase website costs.
Be sure to complete the “listing expires category” (this is the ad listing, not your real estate listing). The LPA will allow one year listings which may be renewed. Please keep contact information current.
